These Terms govern your use of VoxDungeon, operated by Todd Lunn, a sole proprietor in Ontario, Canada ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use VoxDungeon.
You must be 16 years of age or older to use VoxDungeon.
VoxDungeon is a voice-driven, AI-powered tabletop role-playing game built on the 5e SRD. Adventures, characters, and narration are generated by artificial intelligence.
VoxDungeon offers a free tier with daily limits. Premium costs USD $4.99 per month, billed through PayPal, and renews automatically each month until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime from the in-app Account screen (or by emailing us). When you cancel, you keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't provide partial-month proration beyond the refund policy below.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy, contact support@voxdungeon.com within 14 days of a payment and we'll refund it in full. This reflects, and for EU/UK consumers is in addition to, any statutory right of withdrawal you may have. If we ever take a payment in error, we'll always make it right.
You retain ownership of the characters and game text you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (for example, storing your saves and sending your prompts to the AI provider to generate responses).
VoxDungeon is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including your statutory consumer rights).
We may update these Terms; we'll change the version and date above and, for material changes, give notice or ask you to re-accept.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable there, without affecting mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
